PawPrint Pet Tags was established in 2004 on the Sunshine Coast of Australia and now sell pet tags to pampered pooches and cool kitty Cats all over the world.

 We are a family owned and operated business, when you purchase a pet id tag from us you are buying from the designer, and owner of the PawPrint pet tag range.

All prices on our web site include shipping anywhere worldwide.

If you have a fund raising event, club, puppy school or special event contact us about special prices on bulk orders, including custom engraving to suit your requirements.

If you own an engraving store, or pet store we can supply blank tags, just ask us about our wholesale prices for blank tags ready to be engraved.

How do I pay?

When you place your order and the information to be engraved on your pet id tag, you just proceed through the shopping trolley located at the top left hand side of our web page.

Do you accept Credit Card / Visa Checking Payments?

Yes, we use Paypal as our preferred payment method, you don’t need to be a member of Paypal to use the payment service. When you proceed through the shopping trolley or Paypal page will be activated for your payment.

Can I phone or email my credit card details?

Sorry, we do not accept Credit Card Numbers over the phone or via email. This to help promote online security and create a safer shopping experience.

Do you accept personal Cheques / Checks?

Yes we do, however only in Australian and USA Currency. We can also arrange direct debit into our bank account for Australian Customers. We will be happy to email you our account details upon your request.

Is it safe to purchase from you?

Yes. We never see or require any of your financial information and Paypal, who is a leading online payment companies with the best security practices, does all Credit Card payments. We are also a registered business and actively promote online safe shopping on the Internet.

How quickly will you ship my order?

We strive to ship the same day you order, but all orders are shipped within 48 hours. You will obtain an email from us confirming your order has been shipped.

How much will shipping / postage cost?

Shipping is free and is included in our price; this includes free shipping worldwide.

Yes, please contact us to discuss what you would like to order. We offer discounts for depending on the size of the order. We especially like working with animal shelters and other non-profit organizations.
