How quickly will you process my order ?  

We strive to send all order in the mail the very same day you place your order with us. You will obtain an email from us confirming your order has been shipped, this should occur within less than 24 hours after you placed your order.  

How do I place an order ?

Find the Pet Tag you like, you will then be asked which size you require and then be asked to include the details required to be engraved on the back of the pet tag.

How do I pay?  

When you have finished placing your order, you just proceed through the shopping trolley located at the top left hand side of our web page.  

Do you accept Credit Card / Visa Checking Payments?  

Yes, we use Paypal as our preferred payment method, you don’t need to be a member of Paypal to use the payment service. When you proceed through the shopping trolley or Paypal page will be activated for your payment.  

Can I phone or email my credit card details?  

For your security we do not accept phone orders. We do however, accept orders via email or mail. All you need to do is email us to find out more.

Do you accept personal Cheques / Checks?  

Yes, we accept checks only in Australian,  US and New Zealand $.

We can also arrange direct debit payments into our bank account for Australian and New Zealand customers upon your request.  

Is Paypal safe?

Yes, by using Paypal as our preferred payment option your purchase is backed by the world  leading online payment gateways.  

I would like to order a large amount of pet id tags for a community group, animal shelter or fund-rasing event. Can you help?  

Yes, please contact us to discuss what you would like to order. We offer discounts for depending on the size of the order. We especially like working with animal shelters and other non-profit organizations.  

I'm an international customer; can I purchase items off you?  

Absolutely, we have specialize in selling internationally. All orders are sent by first class airmail. Remember every order includes free shipping worldwide.
